Second generation recipies from Thailand, making it all of the way over to Newport, Oregon, where it has been family owned and operated. The charming restaurant is named Lucky Thai Elephant and has been successfull for over 15 years. It's time to give birth to a new generation of the restaurant, but this time a smaller menu and smaller operation, yet still very strong dishes. Enter the Little Thai Elephant. Business isn't over for Lucky Thai Elephant. Still operated by the original owners today.
